Mission A Simple Leap Support Services recognizes the value of preparing people with intellectual and developmental disabilities for greater levels of independence, self-advocacy, and the ability to make choices. By integrating methods that are people centered into our direct services, recipients are better able to realize personal satisfaction, Leadership to their communities, and the world.

Taking the lead is both a choice and necessity. With a team of supported staff that shares our ideologies and philosophies, we are leveraging our expertise to become a light-house organization known for its high-quality standards, and leadership in working with people of the I/DD population.

Innovative Edge

Person-Centered approach is more than a "Buzz Word" and cannot be practice unless you truly know people on a personal level. To do so, we are shifting the thinking of service providers and care givers to an innovative level of care. We place the focus first on learning the core personality of individuals in order to successfully meet their needs.

I have been working closely with Jacqueline Taylor and A Simple Leap Support Coordination Agency for 3 years. In this time, I have noted that not only Jacqueline and her team uphold a level of professionalism, but they do it with heart. There are not many support coordination agencies I have worked with who make themselves available for the client and give each case their all, A Simple Leap is a shining exception. No matter the consumer or situation, Jacqueline and her team are there for the client. I cannot recommend A Simple Leap Enough.

My son and I have been with A Simple Leap since 2018 and couldn’t be happier! I am the mom of a 27-year-old son with Autism and seizure disorder. I have had to make many difficult decisions about various things for my son's health and safety and they have helped us every step of the way. The main thing is they make themselves available and find answers. The support that they have shown us is amazing and is above and beyond what I expected! I never feel funny calling about any issue that arises. They have been a true and wonderful Blessing to us! I would 100% recommend them to anyone in a situation similar to ours! Thank you to Jacqui and “our” team.

My experience with A Simple Leap has been amazing! My Son's Support Coordinator has helped us with any problem we encountered along with his transition to the adult setting. I would personally recommend the company to other parents in the DDD system.
